When I started in the construction industry over three decades ago, I literally learned the business from the ground up. Working on active sites as a teenager taught me a fundamental lesson that still guides me today: every brick laid is a profound responsibility.

Since founding my first company in 1989, our team has evolved from developing local residential communities to orchestrating highly complex land consolidations and large-scale industrial hubs. Today, we are proud to partner with global brands and institutional investors to build Taiwan's next-generation infrastructure.

But scale and revenue have never been our only metrics. Wei Shan, drawn from a classical philosophy, stands for 'Kindness is the greatest treasure' as I firmly believe a corporation’s true wealth is measured by its impact on society.
